The event will run from the 13th and will finish on the 31st of October. We will be closed on the 16th, 17th, 23rd and 24th.
Gates open at 7pm and the last admission on any night will be no later than 9:20pm. The Route 666 attraction will close at 10pm. Our after event bar will remain open until 10:30pm.
In order to reduce queue times, tickets will be allocated in 20 minute entry slots. When you have decided upon which date you would like to attend, you must also choose a time of entry.
Entry slots start with 7pm - 7:20pm and the last slot each night will be 9pm - 9:20pm.
If you purchase a Fast-Track ticket, slots do not apply and you can enter the event anytime between 7pm and 9:20pm.
You must arrive between the times of your entry slot. It is recommended that you arrive at the beginning of your time slot.

NO SCARE TICKET
Don’t have the courage to take on ROUTE 666? We offer a No-Scare ticket that enables you to enter the themed Horror Bar and food areas located at the end of ROUTE 666. Ideal for waiting for your group to complete the attraction.
Remember, this ticket does NOT include access to the ROUTE 666 attraction. And as these areas can still be scary, it is not recommended for under 12’s.
Important: When you have booked your tickets you will recieve an E-Ticket through to your booking email. The E-Ticket will not gain you access to the event. It must be shown at the box office when you arrive, in exchange for an official event ticket. You can either print your E-Ticket or show it on a smart phone.
BEFORE BOOKING OR ATTENDING, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW. BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Dr. Frights Ltd accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes and act of God, change in government regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the event is postponed for any of the above reasons, then Dr. Frights Ltd will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new attractions planned for that season.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.
RULES
You can dress up if you like. However we will not allow any full face masks to be worn at the event.
No running in the attraction or any other area of the event at any time. Inside the attraction you must stay with your group at all times, unless instructed to do otherwise. Do not touch any of the actors or props inside.
No mobile phones are allowed to be in hand whilst going through the attractions. Please place them in your pocket/handbag or if not available left at home.
No lighting or any other source of light is allowed in the attraction.
Once you have entered the maze you must keep moving forward at all times NO TURNING BACK!
If any of the above mentioned rules are broken then we reserve the right to eject any person without refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
This event is not suitable for children under the age of 12 or those with severe asthma, claustrophobia, are pregnant or have heart or respiratory conditions.
Alcohol is strictly forbidden onsite, except for inside the licensed Horror Bar.
Any persons caught drinking alcohol on site will have the goods confiscated and may be ejected from the event without refund.
Alcoholic drinks may be purchased via our onsite bar only after you have completed the whole ROUTE 666 attraction.
Any persons who are believed to be under the influence of narcotics will be ejected from the event without refund.
We will not tolerate any hostile behaviour towards our actors or staff. Any persons found doing so will be immediately ejected from the event without refund and the appropriate authorities may be called.
The vast majority of the event is undercover. however some small areas are required to be open air. No smoking is permitted inside the event, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. A designated smoking area will be provided.
The whole attraction features intense scary scenes, pitch darkness, loud sound effects, strobe lighting and smoke effects.
Actors may touch you.
In the unlikely event that an attraction('s) is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances no refunds will be given.
All guests must arrive between their chosen time slot.
Please take all of the above into consideration before you book, as all sales are final, and there is a strict NO REFUND policy!
